1. Proposal Engineer :
Responsibilities :
** Review of ITB documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of scope of work
** Coordinate and expedite of technical / commercial proposal from beginning of bid to delivery of final proposal document to client.
** Coordinate with project team and operations department for technical input.
** To ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Requirements :
** A recognized degree in engineering and registered with BEM
** Minimum 6 years working experience for Senior position and 3 years for Engineer position in proposal preparation with significant exposure to the Offshore oil & gas industry.
** Computer literate in MS Office and familiar with MS Office, PRIMAVERA and MS Project.
** Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
** Highly motivated, analytical, a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision
** Team player and able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment
2.Cost Estimator :
Responsibilities :
** To lead and undertake cost estimating / validation and provide technical support in the execution of cost estimates scope to achieve high level quality and integrity of project cost estimating in conformance to the industry standards.
** Participate and coaches in-house training programs for the department to enhance the personnel technical competency.
** Lead and provide direction in execution of review, verification process and due diligence activities relating to Project cost and provision of advisory services to client’s cost estimators on all matters related to cost engineering activities to ensure conformance of procedures and best practices as per the industry standards.
Requirements :
** Candidate must possess at least a bachelor sciences in any engineering discipline and quantity survey.
** At least 10 year(s) of industry experience in oil & gas project execution including cost estimation commissioning phases in related areas of cost estimating, cost review and validation, Project controls and change order estimation.
** Able to leverage on industry’s best practices and shared experiences
** Patience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
** Good at planning and organizing
** Possess database of cost including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning.
