1.Project Engineer/Coordinator :
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor Bharu
Summary of Job : Plan and co-ordinate site activity with site staff. Posses effective interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultance, consultant, contractors and local authorities.
Compensation : Base salary, plus incentive compensation based on performance, petrol and telephone allowances.
Experience : Candidates with degree or higher diploma in electrical/mechanical experience. Prior elevator experience is a plus.
2.Business Development Executive :
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Summary of Job : To manage new and existing clients accounts, including making telephone calls and face-to-face meeting on a timely basis to builds good relationship and uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
Compensation : Base salary, plus incentive compensation based on performance, petrol and telephone allowances.
Experience : Candidates with degree in business administrator/marketing. Prior elevator experience is a plus.
3.Trainee Engineer-Maintenance :
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor Bharu
Summary of Job : Technically proficient individual to repair and mordenize elavators. AND/OR Technically proficient individual to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of elevators on maintenance contract service. Supervise a team of technicians in carrying out preventive maintenance
Compensation : Base salary, plus incentive compensation based on performance, petrol and telephone allowances.
Experience : Candidates with degree or diploma in electrical/mechanical experience. Prior elevator experience is a plus.
4.Technician-Maintenance :
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor Bharu
Summary of Job : Technically proficient individual to repair and modernize elavator. AND/OR Technically proficient individual to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of elavators on maintenance contract service.
Compensation : Base salary, plus incentive compensation based on performance, petrol and telephone allowances.
Experience : Candidates with sertificate in electrical/mechanical experience. Prior elevator experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5.Supervising-Maintenance :
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor Bharu
Summary of Job : Technically proficient individual to repair and mordenize elavators. AND/OR Technically proficient individual to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of elevators on maintenance contract service.
Compensation : Base salary, plus incentive compensation based on performance, petrol and telephone allowances.
Experience : candidates with certificate in electrical/mechanical experience. Prior elevator experience of more than 5 years is a plus.
