1. Field Support Engineer :
Requirements :
** Male of 22 and above.
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
** Experience in technical support for at least 2-3 year.
** Familiar with Windows OS and Linux OS.
** Good customer service and verbal communication.
** Must posses own transport (car).

2. Field Technician :
Responsibilities :
** Provide operating System Support such as Microsoft Windows Products.
** System Configuration management and performance tuning on current System * Provide Desktop network connectivity support for Desktop
** Manage/rollout office and engineering application and software. This includes desktop software evaluation and support.
** Hardware and systems integration on desktop and Laptop platform.
** Safeguard the security of desktop and also the security audit on Desktops, Networks, Hardware and Software.

Requirements :
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
** Basic IT knowledge and experience
** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
** Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
** Applicants must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
** Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
** Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

3. Sales Services Engineer :
Responsibilities :
Sales Services engineer – open up new account in the area for our new embedded products and also service incoming inquires and handle call in customers.

Requirements :
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
** At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position(Preferably from System Intergation environment).
** Preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
** Full-Time positions available.
** Good customer service and verbal communication.
** Must posses own transport (car).
