Job Purpose :
Reporting to a Principal Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and administering all operations in regard to project assessment, financial management report, including preparation of investment program, projections disbursement requirements and contract award.

Principal Accountabilities :
** Participate in project assessment submitted and give recommendations to the PPP finance unit.
** Deal with financial management of the project and more importantly advise on PPP possibilities and in defining transaction advisory service needs.
** Prepare financial management report of the project including preparation of investment program projections, disbursement requirements and contract award.
** Contribute to the financial management improvements and revenue enhancement measures of new projects.
** Study the financial viability of the project under a commercial format and under different user fee scenarios and funding options.
** Deal with identification, assessment, and mitigating measures for all risks associated with the project.
** Conduct sensitivity analyses, including the computation of sensitivity indicators and switching values, which should reflect changes in individual key parameters and assumptions and not be limited to changes in aggregate costs and benefits.
** Deal with fiscal risk allocation and other financial matters of all PPP.
** Should participate in forwarding to minister responsible for finance all projects and feasibility studies submitted from other units.
** Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ensure that they are always submitted on time.
** Follow-up and ensure that staff you are supervising continuously focus on improvement and maintenance of excellent customer care.
** Assist in the preparation of departmental budget, monitor and control expenditure to agreed levels.
** Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Education And Experience :
1. A Holder of Bachelor of a degree in Finance/Accountant& Finance (BAF) from recognized Institutions with at least three years of active experience in financial analysis.
2. Creative, innovative, and can work as a team.
3. Be a Master Degree Holder in Finance is an added advantage.
4. Be Computer literate(Excel Models)
5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Have excellent language skills especially fluent in Kiswahili and English.
