The firm invites applications from qualified Tanzanians for the positions as indicated below :
1. Audit Managers : (2 posts)
We are seeking for suitably qualified high performing professionals to join our firm. They will be involved in providing assurance services to our portfolio of international and local clients. They will be responsible for the execution of the firm risk based audit approach and leading audit teams during the fieldwork. In addition, they will have the opportunity to provide a variety of non-assurance services to our clients.

Requirements :
** Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA etc) and Bachelor degree.
** 6+ years of external audit experience
** Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills including leading teams of at least 5 team members.

2.Audit Seniors : (3posts)
The Audit Seniors report to Audit Manager. They must exhibit high standards of professional and social ethics and must accept full responsibility as the in-charge auditor for engagements of varying size and complexity to include, planning and coordinating the various phases of the field work, directing and reviewing the work of a number of assistants, and making decisions on all but the most unusual accounting and auditing matters. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Essential duties are :
Supervisory Responsibilities, Audit & Accounting Responsibilities, Development Responsibilities, Administrative Responsibilities and Interpersonal Contacts

Requirements :
** Degree in accounting and CPA or equivalent.
** 2+ years of audit senior experience
** Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

3. Tax Consultants : (2 posts)
Tax consultants, will be experts in tax law, planning and compliance. They will serve businesses and individuals alike by staying current on new tax law and positioning taxpayers for short and long term tax optimization. They will work closely with clients throughout the year to ensure client tax planning is in order.

Requirements :
** Qualification in accounting/taxes and CPA or equivalent.
** 2+ years of tax consultancy experience
** Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
