DIGITAL SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST :
Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for targeted sales and marketing of Hatchd online advertising products and services to large corporations.
He/she will be in charge of the following:
** Do market research and competitive research to identify sales & marketing opportunities
** Generate sales leads for the company’s various products and services, primarily focusing on large corporations
** Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations
** Do telemarketing and face-to-face client interaction
** Close sales deals, secure necessary documentation and prepare sales reports
** Liaise with Finance and Admin for collection and payments
** Liaise with Account Managers for the fulfillment of client campaign requirements
Requirements:
** Bachelor’s/ College degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
** Required skills: presentation, customer service, MS Office
** A good communicator both written & verbal, persuasive, results-oriented, outgoing, internet-savvy
** Must be computer savvy (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Adobe a plus)
** Must be willing to do self-study for Google Adwords Certification prior to joining the company
** Must be very confident and driven to succeed
** Preferably with 2-3 years experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
** Required languages: English, Filipino
** Must be willing to work in Makati City

DIGITAL SALES ASSOCIATE :
Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Sales Associate is primarily responsible for targeted sales and marketing of Hatchd online advertising products and services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
He/she will be in charge of the following:
** Generate sales leads for the company’s various products and services, primarily focusing on SMEs
** Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations
** Do telemarketing to assist Digital Sales & Marketing Specialists in setting sales calls
** Do telemarketing and sales calls to own prospects
** Close sales deals, secure necessary documentation and prepare sales reports
** Liaise with Finance and Admin for collection and payments
** Liaise with Account Managers for the fulfillment of client campaign requirements
Requirements:
** Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
** Strong understanding of the principles of sales & marketing, new technologies and how these could be applied to sales
** Required skills: presentation, customer service, MS Office
** A good communicator both written & verbal, persuasive, results-oriented, outgoing, internet-savvy
** Must obtain a passing score on Google Adwords Fundamentals Exam and one of: Google Adwords Search Exam, Display Exam or Reporting & Analysis (may also be achieved within the first 3 months of employment)
** Preferably with 1-4 years experience in Sales (Corporate or equivalent)
** Preferably with 2-3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably to SMEs
** Required languages: English, Filipino
** Must be willing to work in Makati City
