Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with exposure to material handling and safety issues.
Establish and manage on-site organization and lines of authority
Responsibile for forecasting & planning of movement of materials, equipments on and off site for Hospitals and Airbase construction.
To coordinate and manage site logistics and support services to achieve systematic handling of supplies/equipment/machinery and personnel to ensure smooth flow of movements prior to and during scheduled material deliveries and maintain uninterrupted logistical support (water, electricity, etc.) in a safe and timely manner

Job Opening : Land Surveyor

Qualifications :
Diploma in surveying or equivalent Technical certificate.
Experience in Construction Layout Survey, Topographical Survey, Ground Survey preferably as an Assistant Surveyor in large scale projects.

Description :
To ensure all design coordinates are mapped accurately against the outlined specifications in order to meet the design and construction requirements.
To liaise, coordinate, assist and advise subordinates in order to ensure timely completion of survey work.
To record and collate for storage and archiving of all survey data in order to provide access to Survey Resources and ensure all survey requirements are adequately provided for.
To allocate sufficient resources and ensure all survey activities are undertaken in line with HLG quality, health , safety and environmental standards.

Job Opening : Project Manager
Location : QATAR
Experience : 13-15 years
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline & PMP(Generic) Certification along with relevant specialization in Prima Vera / QHSE(Level 1) / Cost Control / Commercial.
Have experience managing a construction site or part of construction site or project.
Minimum 5 years experience in management or technical support role (e.g. project financial management system, safety requirements, quality standards, contract arrangement, etc.).
Experience working with contractors is preferable.
Description :
To be responsible for the proper execution of the works and effective implementation of financial and commercial aspects of the project in order to meet or improve upon the forecasted costs, budgetary requirements, revenue and profit whilst maintaining positive cash-flow.
To imbue the HLG Health, Safety and Environmental management culture, adherence to the Company Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and proper implementation of the Company’s corporate procedures and standards, whilst simultaneously ensuring compliance with the law, Client’s HSE requirements and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards on the project.

Description :
Create and/or establish a project brief and obtain sign-off from the Project Director and Client
Manage the Design to meet the project brief, the cost plan, program and constructability targets
Manage a design plan, program and review process which considers the consultant team, client and construction needs as well as authority approvals process
Confirm the design validity against the project brief and obtain the necessary client sign-offs at the appropriate points
Liaise with the client, User groups and external parties to ensure that all design inputs are captured at the appropriate time
Initiate and facilitate regular and effective meetings and workshops among the consultant team and identify and track issues for escalation to the PD where necessary on consultant agreements or the main contract
Manage to target for design metrics such as efficiency, cost per square meter or energy efficiency/sustainability and drive the design to achieve them.
Promote safety in design as an organic part of design process and actively test design solutions through review and discussion with the construction team and Users.
Manage the list of deliverables and monitor their production against the trade package procurement program or other plan
