Senior Travel Consultant :
Key Areas of Responsibilities :
1 – Provide high quality service and build strong relationship to client and customers.
2 – Effectively plan anWd arrange itineraries and tour packages.
3 – Proactively identify and preempt customer problems and find solutions in a professional manner and to agree standards in order to meet customer and employees expectations.
Education/Experience/Skills/Other Required :
1 – Graduate and minimum 4-5 years travel experience
2 – Strong understanding of local/international travel procedures
3 – Excellent working knowledge of world geography
4 – Must have excellent customer service, coordination and organization skills
5 – Must have an excellent verbal and written English communication and listening skills.
6 – Must be a good team player.
7 – Preference will be given to IATA qualification
Team Leader
Key Responsibilities :
1 – Effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of the team
2 – Provide high quality service and build strong relationship to client and customers
3 – Proactively identify and preempt customer problems and find solutions in a professional manner and to agree standards in order to meet customer and employees expectations.
4 – Develop a high performing team via coaching
5 – Motivate the team members to ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved.
6 – Plan and arrange itineraries, tour packages and able to identify sales opportunities
Education/Experience/Skills/Others Required:
1 – Graduate with minimum 5-7 years work experience in the Travel Industry
2 – Must have strong leadership/supervisory skills and able to motivate the team
3 – Strong understanding of local/international travel procedures with excellent working knowledge of world geography
4 – Must have excellent customer service, coordination and organization skills.
5 – Must have excellent communication and listening skills
6 – Must be an excellent team player

Key Responsibilities :
1 – Move and distribute information, documents and small packages for business, institutions and government agencies.
2 – Ensure the sender that the item will be reach its designation in nearest possible time.
Education/Experience/Skills/Others Required:
1 – Higher Secondary / Diploma and minimum 2 years experience as the same
2 – Must have very good knowledge of UAE road network
3 – Must have strong customer service and communication skills
4 – Must hold UAE Motorbike driving license
