** Graduates of Industrial Engineering
** With at least 1 year experience in internal auditing and documentation
** Knowledgeable in 5s, 3 fix, warehouse management and inventory
** Must be computer literate
** Fast- learner, customer- oriented, able to do multi- tasking, can work in fast paced environment and under minimum supervision

Audit Assistant :
** 21- 29 yrs. old
** Graduates of B.S. Accountancy
** Newly graduates are welcome to apply
** Must be computer literate
** Experience in preparing financial statement, disbursement process, checking the validity of documents, familiar in government taxes
** Fast- learner, customer- oriented, able to do multi- tasking, can work in fast- paced environment and under minimum supervision

Accounting/Administrative Assistant :
** Preferably female, 21- 30 yrs. old
** Preferably B.S. Accountancy graduate or any 4- year course
** 1 year epxerience as Administrative Assistant in a Porperty Management firm or experience in billing and collection is a plus
** Preferably with experience in general accounting, payables and receivables
** Must be computer literate
** Chinese speaking is an advantage
** Fast- learner, customer- oriented, able to do multi- tasking, can work in fast- paced environment and under minimum supervision
** Applicants must be willing to be assigned in any of the following areas: Quezon City, Manila, Taguig, Parañaque, Mandaluyong or Makati

Property Manager/Administrator :
** Male, 25- 40 yrs. old
** Graduates of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building and Property Management, Accountancy, Management
** With experience and full knowledge in property management
** Must be computer literate
** With managerial skills, pleasing personality, quick capabilities and can work in a fast- paced environment and under minimum supervision
** Must be willing to work in Quezon City or Manila area

Property Engineer :
** Male, 21- 30 yrs. old
** Graduates of Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering
** Newly Registered Engineers may apply
** Must be computer literate
** Must be knowledgeable in Autocad
** Experience in property management is a plus
** Fast- learner, customer- oriented, able to do multi- tasking, can work in fast paced environment and under minimum supervision
** Applicants must be willing to be assigned in any of the following areas: Quezon City, Manila, Taguig, Pasay, Mandaluyong or Makati
