The Challenge :
Develop predictive analytics capability from ground up : gather and assess disparate data sources.

What You Will Do :
Develop predictive analytics capability from ground up : gather and assess disparate data sources. Identify areas of opportunities to improve sales productivity. Work with sales, marketing and product leaders to understand business needs and develop meaningful, consumable and actionable analytical solutions to those problems. Oversee design, develop and implement data driven solution using advanced statistical methods to address business problems. Evaluate current state of the art as well as consider novel algorithmic solutions to business requirements. Perform data studies and data discovery for new data sources or new uses for existing data sources. Work with business process managers, product owners, developers and analytics to translate prototypes into production. 10% Travel Required.

What You Will Need To Succeed :
Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing and Analytics, Strategy, Business Administration, or related field. Education or experience background must include : logistic regression; data-driven business analysis; clustering techniques, factoring techniques, t-tests, cross-tab, and correlations; principles of experimental testing and design, including population selection and sampling; market research including Minitab; business strategy consulting. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
