Summary :
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Windows Server/Desktop Administrator to assist with working on a commercial project.

Requirements :
** Minimum 5 years industry related experience
** Proven ability to understand and apply ITIL processes including Capacity, Incident & Change Management
** A tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
** MCSE and ITIL v3 certifications.
** Windows 2008
** VMWare ESXi 4.x and 5.x
** TCP/IP and DNS
** IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3

Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be required to develop, deploy and maintain a high quality of ICT infrastructure services for server, storage and backup infrastructure, and electronic messaging systems to ensure operational excellence can be maintained through accessibility and usability of business systems.

2.Contracts Manager :

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and senior contracts manager to assist with working on a commercial project.

Requirements :
** Experience in working with the construction industry on a medium to large tier main contract, project value $50M+, strong communication skills,
** Construction Management degree / Postgraduate/ Masters or other relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities :
You will report to the Directors / CFO / CEO and will be responsible for management of contracts and organisational procedures and rules internationally.

3. Quantity Surveyor :
Location : Sydney

Summary :
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and senior Quantity Surveyor to assist with working on a commercial project.

Requirements :
** Experience in working with the construction industry on a medium to large project value $50M+, strong communication skills,
** Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, Science or a related degree. An excellent attitude to work, sound business acumen, strong communication skills. You must have excellent managerial abilities as well as the required technical abilities.
** 6+ years experience with leading Australian contractors as a Quantity Surveyor, knowledge and experience in Civil or Building.

Responsibilities :
** Cost estimating from design phase.
** Preparing BOQ’s.
** Calculating and costing all variations.
** Quotes and monitoring cost of materials.
** Liaising with sub contractors, builders and project & managers.
** Ensuring cost effectiveness on construction works.
** Implementing efficient cost management processes and procedures.
** Attending meetings with the construction team.
** Monitoring the calculation of timesheets.
** Reviewing rates and visiting site to measure quantities.
** Assistance with feasibilities as required.
