** strong computer skills
** background in credit, with a bank or finance company (preferred)
** experience in systems training

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
** outstanding sales ability
** passion for business development
** an aptitude for building strong relationships
** excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** attention to detail and good organisational skills
** ability to work within a small team and take the lead when required
** lending, sales and business development experience is preferable
The role will include writing new loans, some weekend work and credit management.

MTF is a netwrk of local people, providing fast, affordable vehicle finance. The Palmerston North franchise seeks someone to take responsibility for loan applications, customer service and retention and loan portfolio management.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
** excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** understanding of credit management and debt recovery
** accuracy and attention to detail
** motor vehicle sales and/or finance experience
** problem solving
** ability to work unsupervised
** competitive nature, with good negotiation skills
This customer focussed role will include writing new loans, managing the customer database, credit management, marketing and promotion.
