1.Foreman :
** He must have 10+ years experience as Foreman(Carpentry + Steel + Masonry – Block work / Plaster ) in building construction companies.
** HeMust have work experience at heights(50-90meters) for minaret and dome.
** Gulf experience will be value added.
** Must have leadership quality for finishing the work target on time with his team, with safety and quality control.
** Can join us as soon as possible

2.Civil Supervisor: ( for super structure works of Minarets and Main Prayer Hall domes) as per the following pre-requisites :
** Diploma in Civil Engineering.
** Experience 7-10 years.
** Gulf experience in high rise buildings 50 -90 m ht / domes / minarets will be an added advantage.
** This position will report to Site Engineer/In Charge/ Manager
** Read technical specification pertaining to all ongoing activities & Instruct and educate site supervisors, Foremen and labour at site.
** Ensure that works is being carried out as per approved drawings &Specifications.
** Planning the work for at least a week in advance with Project Co-coordinator.
** To give daily work program
** Requisition for the material, machinery & labour requirement for the entire Works at least 7 days in advance.
** Arranging material, labour and equipment for the day’s work.

** Puts up the requisition for material, machinery and labour requirements, at least 7 days in advance to Project Co-coordinator.

** Ensure correct technique of construction in safe working environment
** Ensuring whether desired outputs is obtained, if not assess the Problem and rectify the same.
** Daily reports to coordinator, properly documented on quantum of Work done, material and manpower consumption.
** Get approvals at site for the executed works from the consultants.
