Job Title: Assistance General Manager
Basic Functions & Scope:
Assists the General Manager in performing day-to-day activities & providing complete administrative support to the General Manager
Educational and Experience Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. MBA is highly desirable. Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in stevedoring management & General Knowledge in shipping activities
Languages: English & Arabic is an asset
Age Requirements: 35+
Legal Requirements: Has no Criminal Record in addition to a Valid Transferable Residency & a Valid Driving License
Communication Skills: Well Versed, diplomatic, ability to communicate with all community levels

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Basic Functions & Scope:
Assists the Project Manager to Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate projects being run by Operations Managers in different ports according to the decided timeframe, contractual terms, conditions and budget
Educational and Experience Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or any related field. MBA or PMP will be a plus. Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in stevedoring activities & ports operations
Languages: English & Arabic is an asset
Age Requirements: 35+
Legal Requirements: Has no Criminal Record in addition to a Valid Transferable Residency & a Valid Driving License
Communication Skills:

Basic Functions & Scope:
Assists the Operations Manager in all stevedoring operations in the port and assists in the allocation of required resources for implementation of the assigned projects according to the timeframe
Educational and Experience Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management /Administration, or any related field. Bachelor’s Degree will be a plus. Approximately 7 to 10 years experience in stevedoring activities & ports operations
Languages: English & Arabic is an asset

** Extensive knowledge of safety, health and environmental issues as they affect the workplace, including local regulations, national requirements, and governmental agency requirements. Must be familiar with maritime codes
** Familiar with all aspects of the systems support for the terminal, including software applications, equipment, and work flow
