Job Title : Manager – Freight Forwarding
Description : Air Export:
** Coordination of collection of cargo and movement to airport
** Documentation / AWB
** Stock control Sea Freight export
** Documentation
** Signing of Bill of lading
** Releasing of Bill of lading Projects
** Arranging trailers
** Support functions for securing business – quotations and coordination
** Negotiations with vendors / agents for rates
** Interaction with customers / agents / shippers for transshipment / export of shipments to destination
** Payment requests for vendor billing
** Invoicing agents / shippers
** Monitoring and reporting the Interim departmental performance to the Regional manager.
Requirements : 5-10 years of experience in the field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics with proven skills in developing sales and exclusive agencies.
Job Title : Salespersons – Freight Forwarding
Description :
** Customer visits for creating sales, profiling of customers and call reports to HOD
** Quotation to the customer through coordination with the Customer Service
** Interaction with other departments for resolving customer related issues
** Collection of payment for all completed orders.
Qualification & Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience, having a pleasing personality and strong communication skills.
