Profile Description :
** Preferred Engineering Degree in mechanical, / electrical / instrumentation etc.
** Minimum technical diploma from a recognized technical College. The successful candidate should be proficient with Microsoft applications and generally computer literate. Good knowledge (written & oral) of English is a must.
** Competence, with Arabic and/or Hindi would be very useful.

Job Description :
** You will be responsible to provide high quality, responsive service for users within Bahrain
** Providing technical advice, consultancy and guidance to customers, and colleges.
** Assist our Marketing people in the promotion of aftermarket products.
** Provide technical assistance / training to our customer base and our colleagues.
** Provide measurable improvement in overall customer satisfaction
** Work to improve the efficiency of daily routines
** Oversee the daily operations of aftermarket service-related personnel
** Proactively identify, pursue, and resolve customer service issues
** Provide clear high quality reporting and documentation

Experience Requirements :
** Experience in the Compressed air and related fields, with a background in the installation and application of compressors and compressed air equipment. Especially Engine driven. Engine repair experience is a plus
** Track record in providing exceptional customer care culture
** Strong Compressor Technique product knowledge, including a strong background / hands on experience with Z/ G and L series compressors, associated dryer and the various Elektronikon controls, ES packages and their applications as wells a Portable compressors.
** Good understanding and hands on experience with refrigeration systems and refrigerated air dryers
** Any experience with the equipment of other brands would be very desirable
** Must have a valid Bahrain or GCC driver’s license.

2. Service Technician :
Code :GET002-2014

Profile Description :
** High School diploma or equivalent required; technical college Certificate, Diploma or degree preferred.
** Relevant Compressor repair experience preferred. Engine repair experience and Portable compressor experience is a plus.
** Must have a valid Bahrain or GCC driver’s license.
** Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude as well as have a firm grasp on electrical concepts
** Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and email;
** Excellent mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair skills
** Must be able to work well with others on the jobsite as well as on the phone

Basic Function :
** Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on oil injected and oil-free air compressors, dryers and other compressed air units.

Principle Duties :
** Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers
** Pressure wash (where possible) and effectively clean the customer’s entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc.
** Accurately communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs
** Completely fill out all work orders, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips
** Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal and protective equipment at all times
** Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager
** Complete all paper work and clerical/office responsibilities.
